Villa Sabbia measure 120 sq.m. and located on the beach of Psarou in the northeastern part of Zakynthos island. The villa features three bedrooms and a private swimming pool, and can sleep up to 6 guests. The villa can be rented separately or together.
Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, we will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double one, a bathroom with a shower and a veranda with a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor offers two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower each. These bedrooms share a common balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The outdoor spaces feature the private swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols and BBQ.

The villa located in Gerakari, by the beach called Amboula – Psarou, which is one of the most beautiful locations on the North East coast of the island. The water is crystal clear and shallow – perfect for adults and children alike! The area is not crowded, and there are traditional taverns nearby.
