Rua Mat Villas are two newly built luxury holiday homes, featuring exquisite design and a spectacular swimming pool each. Located in the tourist resort of Alykes, Rua Mat Villas are bound to offer you a vacation you’ll never forget.
Rua Mat Villas consists of two homes, Villa Rua and Villa Mat. Each villa measures 150 sq.m. and can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests – a fact that makes them ideal for large groups of friends!
Entering a villa through its main entrance, the guests find the living room (which features a double sofa-bed and has a view of the swimming pool), the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Each villa features three bedrooms; two are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower and can comfortably sleep 3-4 persons each. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double (Villa Rua’s third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom as well). One of the bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool, and all three have access to the veranda.
The Villas’ outdoor areas feature a private swimming pool, the water of which comes from a waterfall on the wall. There are also sunbeds, parasols, built BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
Finally, there is also a reception, to help you with anything you may require!

Rua Mat Villas offer its guests a wide array of amenities and facilities, such as welcome basket, cleaning service every 3 days, air-conditioning, Smart TVs, 24h hot water and many more. Additional services, such as taxi arrangements, yoga, boat rentals and events, can be arranged upon request and with a surcharge.
Rua Mat Villas are situated in Alykes, a tourist resort with a long sandy beach, ideal for sunbathing! Alykes, as well as the neighbouring town of Alykanas, are both popular tourist destinations, and the visitor can certainly find a multitude of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets in both towns!
