As their name suggests, the three spectacular holiday homes are cave villas: the best solution for a home to blend harmoniously with the environment, having minimal impact on it. Since they are essentially dug into the solid rock, they remain warm during the winter and cool during the summer, with few energy requirements and with a superb quality of air. The homes follow the bio-climatic principles, firmly based on sustainability and ecology.
Limnionas Cave Villas consists of three amazing homes, within walking distance from the crystal clear waters of the sea, and painted with the rich sunset colours all year round – additionally, during a significant part of the year one can enjoy a direct, magical view of the sunset!
• Infinity Cave Villa measures 75 sq.m. and can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age. It is decorated with minimal aesthetics aimed to provide you with maximum relaxation;it has a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to a king size bed, and the living room has 2 single sofa-beds - a baby cot can be added upon request. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, and you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea from the veranda, the private infinity swimming pool or even the bedroom! This Villa is perfect for persons with mobility limitations, as it is located on the first level.
• Serenity Cave Villa measures 105 sq.m. and can comfortably sleep 4 adults + 2 children. It has two bedrooms (one equipped with a double size bed and the other with two single ones that can be combined into a king size) and a baby cot can be added upon request. Also, two children can be accommodated in the 2 single sofa beds.The villa is located in the second level, features two bathrooms with shower and enjoys a breath-taking view of the sea from its bedrooms, its private infinity swimming pool and its veranda.
• Absolute Cave Villa measures 105 sq.m. and can comfortably sleep 4 adults + 2 children. It has two bedrooms (one equipped with a double size bed and the other with two single ones that can be combined into a king size) and a baby cot can be added upon request. Also, two children can be accommodated in the 2 single sofa beds. The villa features two bathrooms with shower and enjoys a breath-taking view of the sea from its bedrooms, its private infinity swimming pool and its veranda.
