Villa Fabianna measures 160 sq.m. and can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons and 2 more upon request. There are three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms offer queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third is equipped with two single beds or a king sized one, and has access to a shared bathroom.

The main living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring corner sofa (where two extra guests can sleep) a plasma 65'' TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped – with a special refrigerator for wines! The impressive outdoors offers a 50 sq.m. heated swimming pool, which includes a children’s swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, outdoor showers and a pool bar with a BBQ. Along with its numerous amenities, Villa Fabianna offers its guests a Jacuzzi, a Playstation console, table tennis and many more.

Villa Fabianna is part of a two-villa complex featuring a reception, ready to help with every query you may have! Both villas are perfectly fenced and provide their guests with absolute privacy.
