Armyra Villas consists of three apartments and one studio, and has a shared BBQ, shared swimming
pools (for adults and for children), as well as sunbeds, parasols, built outdoor dining area and a pool
bar serving you tasty snacks and refreshing drinks (operating hours 09:00-21:00).
Olivo Studio is located in the first, independent building, and measures 25 sq.m. It accommodates
two guests and is equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a private
balcony with a view of the garden.
The second building houses two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first.
Galini Apartment, which is located in the ground floor, measures 50 sq.m. and can accommodate up
to 5 guests. It has two bedrooms (equipped with a double bed and two single ones, respectively)
each with its own private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with the double bed has access to
the front veranda and a breath-taking view of the sea. In addition, Galini Apartment features a dining
area, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, where an additional foldable bed can be added to
sleep a fifth guest.

Avra Apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has two
bedrooms (equipped with a double bed and two single ones, respectively) each with its own private
bathroom with a shower. In addition, Avra Apartment has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and
a living room, where two additional foldable beds can be added to sleep two more guests. What’s
more, Avra Apartment features a spacious balcony with an outdoors dining area and a lovely, relaxing
view of the sea.
The third building is located past the swimming pool and houses the Armonia Apartment. Armonia
measures 60 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has two bedrooms (equipped with a
double bed and two single ones, respectively) each with access to the balcony and with its own
private bathroom with a shower. Moreover, Armonia Apartment has a dining area, a fully equipped
kitchen and a living room, where two additional foldable beds can be added to sleep two more guests.
Armonia Apartment features a spacious balcony with an outdoors dining area and a lovely, relaxing
view of the garden and the sea. There is also a private BBQ!

Armyra Villas offer their guests a wide range of amenities and facilities, such as welcome basket, air-
conditioning, safety deposit box, 24h hot water and many more. Additional services, such as diving
and snorkelling, boat rentals and excursions, can be arranged upon request and with a surcharge.
