The Avra Villa is a contemporary villa featuring 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them with en suite bathrooms, one separate bathroom, a minimally designed living room with a couch that turns into a double bed as well as a family kitchen equipped with modern appliances. There are spacious verandas all around which offer panoramic views of the beautifully blue sea and the naturally green Marathonisi Island. The outdoor areas are well kept and furnished in order for you to enjoy lovely meals under the sunny sky or refreshing drinks while looking at the stars.
The Villa is built in the quiet village of Limni Keri just 300 meters from the idyllic beach. A small footpath will lead you there in a few minutes. The center is 1 kilometer away by car providing easy access to shops, tavernas and restaurants. For more vivid nightlife, guests can visit the neighboring Laganas tourist resort for a wide selection of nightclubs and bars. Zakynthos town, 18 kilometers away, features museums, churches and cafes where you can enjoy a refreshment and watch the people go by.
