Villa Belen measures 150 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. There are three bedrooms in total, two on the ground floor and the third on the interior first floor. The first bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second is equipped with two single beds (which can be combined into a double) and has access to a shared bathroom. The interior first floor offers the third bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as an extra living room with a double sofa bed. Baby cots can be added to each bedroom, upon request. Of course, the main living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a plasma TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped – with a full wine refrigerator as well!
The impressive outdoors features a 50 sq.m. heated swimming pool, which includes a children’s swimming pool upon request, sunbeds, parasols, outdoor showers, and a pool bar with a BBQ. Along with its numerous amenities, Villa Belen offers its guests board games, PlayStation, and many more. In addition, our guests are able to get a delivery of any meal they wish or arrange a private chef to cook for them at the villa, by using a QR code menu!
Villa Belen is part of Clio Villas a two-villa complex featuring a reception, ready to help with every query you may have! Both villas are perfectly fenced and provide their guests with absolute privacy. Additionally, BBQ/Greek nights and weddings can be arranged – please contact us for details!

Belen Villa is located in a seaside village called Drosia, in Kypseli. The villa is located within walking distance from the sandy beach. In the area, you can find some taverns serving fresh local food. For more options, you can visit the nearby Tsilivi, one of the biggest resorts in Zakynthos and indulge in several activities, dining and clubbing options.
