The house measures 120m² in its 2 levels and it can accommodate 4+2 guests. The entrance at the ground floor leads you to the big living room where the seating place is as well as two dining areas. In continuation you find the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the stairs that take you to the attic where the two bedrooms are next to the other. On this floor there is also a second bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one two single beds. On the big terrace that you can access directly from the 3 balcony doors of the living room you have another big dining place next to the private pool and some outstanding views. Barbecue your meal on the portable BBQ and take a sit on the terrace to enjoy those.

Akrotiri is an area just a few kilometers from the city. It combines the nature of a village and the views of a mountain being at the same time close to the centre. Some mini markets and taverns are located in less than 20 minutes walking and Kryoneri beach is at 3km from the villa.
