The ground floor level sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes two living rooms, a well- equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with shower. From the windows of this bedroom, you can admire the views of the garden. The second bedroom has been equipped with a double bed and offers views of the pool. Guests of this bedroom have access to a shared bathroom with shower. A few steps lead you to the upper level of the villa consisting of the first floor and the attic. The magnificent design secures relaxation in two living rooms, enjoyable meals in the comfortable kitchen and dining area and unique moments with your loved ones on two terraces overlooking the pool and the green surroundings. The 8 guests will also benefit from 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed. The guests of this bedroom have at their disposal a shared bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are located in the attic. The master bedroom has been decorated with a double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other two offer one double bed and two single beds respectively and share a luxurious bathroom with shower. All upstairs bedrooms are full of light coming from their windows, which at the same time provide views of the pool or garden. The love for nature extends to the exterior of Kokkinóchoma Villa. A biophysical (chemical-free) 50 sq. m. swimming pool is the ideal destination for swimming and
