The combination of simplicity and elegance has created the complex of Soleil Villas, a haven of peace for your next getaway in Zakynthos. It is located in Agios Sostis, just 1 km from a wonderful sandy beach, and consists of 3 villas with many amenities and highly aesthetic design.
Each villa offers two floors and it can accommodate up to 6 people in an interior area of 140 sq. m. A comfortable living room harmoniously combined with a modern kitchen with dining table adorns the ground floor of each residence. The soft shades and the elegant decoration create an atmosphere of tranquility in this space. Open the large windows and enjoy the warm sun that floods with its light the amazing pool and the green surroundings.
On the ground floor of each villa you will also find a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double and its own bathroom with shower. A WC completes the spaces on the ground level. Discover two more bedrooms on the first floor. One is decorated with a double bed and includes its own bathroom with shower. The other has two single beds that can be combined into a double and its own bathroom with shower. From the balconies of these bedrooms you can admire the views of the pool and the garden. In all bedrooms, there is the possibility of adding a baby cot, upon request.
One of the three villas is suitable for people with disabilities. The ground floor level of this villa is equipped with a ramp and the areas are specially designed aiming at a stay with comfort and safety.
A private swimming pool decorates beautifully the exterior of each villa, where you will also find a few sun loungers and parasols. Sit comfortably in the outdoor dining area and prepare your meals on the BBQ facilities.
All villas have been equipped with a wide range of amenities. In their luxury spaces you will find from up to date appliances, high quality linens and towels to private parking area and gardens with fruits and olive trees. Committed to preserving the natural environment and with respect to the local ecosystem, the hosts use ecological cleaning products in and out of the residences.
The complex spreads out in a quiet and natural area near the seaside resort of Agios Sostis, in the southern part of Zakynthos. In about 1 km you will discover the beach with the crystal clear waters, while in the wider area you will find plenty of options for food, entertainment and activities for you and your loved ones.
