Villas
Our 4 stone-built Villas, namely “Daphne”, “Olivia”, “Melisanthi” and “Irida”, can accommodate 2-10 guests, and feature traditional Zakynthian architecture, modern furniture and private swimming pools, all in a large private garden with olive, banana, orange, lemon, pomegranate and pine trees. All villas are equipped with BBQs, private parking, WiFi, fireplaces and air-conditioning – moreover, 3 of the villas have a Jacuzzi.
Our Villas “Irida”, “Melisanthi” and “Olivia” measure 170 sq.m. and have 3 bedrooms each; Villa “Daphne” has 2 bedrooms. Their living areas, with floors made of hand-made Zakynthian tiles, have living rooms (which can host 1 additional guest) with stone fireplaces, stained-glass windows, cable TVs and exquisite chandeliers. Each kitchen, which is cleverly combined with the living room, is fully equipped with modern utensils, fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, crockery, and all necessary appliances. There is also one bedroom with a view of the garden area and a bathroom with traditional tiles and local stone. In each villa there is also a wonderful attic bedroom (30 sq.m.) which can sleep 3 persons.
In three of our Villas (apart from Villa “Daphne”) there is a relaxation area measuring 70sq.m., decorated in warm ethnic colours and built-in sofas covered with cushions – the perfect place to feel at ease. It has a cable TV and can accommodate 4 additional guests. It also features a kitchen area with all amenities, including a washing machine and a lovely shower room/toilet. The additional bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a built-in Jacuzzi, will definitely enchant you – this is the place where you can relax in the candlelight and enjoy life.
The villas have verandas with built-in sitting areas, dining tables and garden furniture, where you can enjoy your meals and enjoy the serene view of the olive trees, the sea or your pool.

Maisonettes
Our 6 duplex attached Maisonettes (Boutique Houses) “Dalia”, “Yakinthi”, “Mirtis”, “Chloe”, “Amarilis”, and “Rodanthi” are also built in traditional Zakynthian style combining stone and bricks. They have independent entrances, private patios and/or spacious balconies with a view of the sea, and measure 150 sq.m. each. They all feature 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower) and have tasteful decoration and offer all comforts. All Maisonettes are situated in a lovely garden with pine, olive, banana and bougainvillea trees and have an ecological playground with wooden houses, toys, etc. You can relax in the garden or have a barbeque and enjoy your meal under the pine trees and diner kiosks. There is also a shared swimming pool and a pool bar available. All maisonettes have a private outdoor spa-bath!

All houses feature a living area on the first level (where 2 more guests can be accommodated) beautifully decorated with antique furniture, lightings, mirrors, traditional embroidery and lots of cushions, emanating an atmosphere of Zakynthian hospitality. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, and all necessary utensils. There is also a charming, romantic bedroom with a double bed, fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom. A wooden staircase will lead you to the second level, which comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms have wooden floors and big balconies that offer a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 feature large single beds; both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with a cable TV, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Alegria Villas offer you an immense range of amenities and facilities, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning,
safety deposit boxes, 24-hour hot water supply and much more. Additional services, such as car rentals, boat tours, massage or transfer to and from the airport, are available upon request and with a surcharge.
